We specialise in fitting around our students’ busy London lifestyles. As such, cancellations and rescheduling are fine. All we ask for is at least 24 hours notice so we can reorganise our diaries and hopefully book another class in place. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours of booked lessons.
We are constantly looking for ways we can better serve our students and your feedback is hugely important to us. If ever you have a suggestion or feel we can do better, please let us know by discussing with your teacher or dropping Angela an email. We also have an anonymous feedback form here if you prefer.
